SWIM

Swimming is a great way to stay active, improve cardiovascular endurance and have fun in the water.

There are many different strokes to choose from, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Each stroke has its own unique set of techniques and challenges, so there's always room to try new things and improve your skills.

In addition to the physical benefits, swimming can also be a great way to improve mental and emotional well-being.

Mrs. van der Merwe is a qualified "learn to swim" instructor and is currently working on her "Coach 2" certificate.
